H444 Rules & Terms — The Complete Guide to Using the Platform

H444 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "h444") is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting service. h444 operates cricket, football, Live Casino, and other gaming categories for users in Bangladesh.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between h444 and its users. By accessing the h444.life website or mobile app, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms.

Although h444's Terms & Conditions are published in Bengali, they comply with international legal standards. In the event of any dispute, the rules of h444's licensing authority shall be considered final.

To open an account at h444, the following conditions must be met:

• Minimum Age 18 years is required. Accounts will not be activated without proof of age.

• The name, mobile number, and date of birth provided at registration must be accurate. Providing false information may result in account suspension or closure.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is a key part of h444's security and compliance framework. KYC is required in the following situations:

• Before making your first large withdrawal (৳10,000 or more).
• If unusual activity is suspected on your account.
• When claiming a specific bonus or voucher.

KYC typically requires a copy of your National ID (NID), birth certificate, or passport. Verification is usually completed within 24–48 hours of submission.

If KYC verification fails or submitted information cannot be matched, h444 may temporarily suspend the account. Any funds held in the account remain secure during this period.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum Deposit Amount ৳200।
• All deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account. Deposits made from someone else's number may not be accepted.
• Deposits are credited to your h444 wallet instantly. If there's a delay for any reason, contact support with your deposit receipt.
• There are no deposit fees. However, your mobile banking operator may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount ৳300।
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking number registered on your account.
• Standard withdrawals are processed in 5–10 minutes on average. During peak times it may take a little longer, but should not exceed 24 hours.
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds derived from bonuses.

The following rules apply to betting at h444:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed, amended, or cancelled.
• If a technical error or system fault causes incorrect odds to be displayed and bets are accepted at those odds, h444 reserves the right to void such bets and refund the staked amount.
• If any user attempts to exploit a system glitch or bug for an unfair advantage, the winnings will be voided and the account will be subject to investigation.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are considered final.
• Match results are determined based on the official announcement of the relevant international sports governing body.

If a Match is Cancelled or Ends Early: If a match or event is fully cancelled, all bets on that match are generally voided and stakes are refunded. Specific rules apply to partially completed matches, which are discussed in detail in the FAQ section.
